Villa design and landscaping

The design project of a modern villa with an area of 860 square meters is a 3-story building with complete facilities and equipped with smart systems. Its design is based on smart buildings in order to reduce energy consumption.

Project specifications

In this project, according to the client’s request, a glass facade has been used. In the design of this villa, the reduction of energy consumption and the use of smart technology have been considered. In the design of this villa, attention has been paid to its climate. For this modern villa, the facilities of swimming pool, sports club and green space have been considered. Also in it, the reduction of energy consumption is observed.
