Design and execution of Villa

The design project of a modern villa with an area of 1200 square meters on 2 floors with complete and equipped facilities was implemented. Its design has been aimed at reducing energy consumption according to the climatic conditions of the region.

In this project, according to the client’s request, a modern elevation is used, and the design method is used to reduce energy consumption. In the design of this villa, attention has been paid to its climate. For this modern villa, the facilities of swimming pool, sports club and green space have been considered. Also in it, the reduction of energy consumption is observed.
